Returns

We of course, hope that you are satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return the product(s) to us. We guarantee a refund if the product(s) are returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging. Your refund will automatically be credited to the original form of payment that you’ve used to make the purchase.

HOW RETURNING WORKS

Step 1: Register your return by sending an e-mail to info@studiointy.com stating your name and order number in the e-mail title. You always need to request your return, otherwise we can’t give you your money back.
